Which personal data CIROC processes
In the context of unsubscribing from the mailing list., CIROC processes the personal data that you enter in the form yourself.
Special personal data
Special personal data are sensitive data. For example, data showing your race or ethnic origin, political views, religion or belief, trade union membership, or your sexual orientation. In addition, data about your health, genetic data or biometric data with which you can be identified (such as a fingerprint) are also special personal data.
In principle, CIROC does not process any special personal data in the context of the aforementioned processing. However, it can happen incidentally, for example when you make this information known without being asked. CIROC handles the data with care.

Personal data is not kept by CIROC for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or to comply with a legal obligation.
The personal data entered by you will be stored during 1 month after submission of this form.
Recipients of personal data
Measures have been taken within CIROC to ensure that only the persons who must process your personal data have access to it. Your personal data is not shared with third parties.

The privacy legislation gives you a number of rights with regard to your personal data. These rights are listed briefly below.
You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to limit the processing, to have your data transferred to another party and the right to object when processing is based on a legitimate interest.
